The festival takes place over 3 days each June Bank Holiday weekend and features a pub crawl, nightly live music, family fun days, karaoke, and at the centre of it all the competition to crown the Blue Jean Country Queen. The Blue Jean Country Queen competition itself is open to members of Macra na Feirme (and equivalent organisations abroad) who are over 18.
